The ZERORISK Hiring System consists of a 20-minute candidate assessment designed to measure Emotional Intelligence Competencies. The assessment is very difficult to manipulate because it does not require the candidate to self-analyze themselves; therefore, it provides more accurate information about the candidate's true emotional intelligence competencies and key motivators.

Once the candidate has completed the online assessment, a Candidate Profile Report & Behavioral Interview Guide is immediately e-mailed to the hiring manager, providing valuable insight into a candidate’s Emotional Intelligence Competencies such as people skills (empathy), decision-making, sales aptitude, customer service orientation, leadership skills, willingness to adhere to company policies and rules, motivation and initiative, self-awareness, self-regulation, ability to work on a team, and much more. Candidate profile reports are built for both the professional and hourly workforces.
