Leadership Development- A Journey through Value: A good leader adds value. A bad leader reduces or takes away value. Knowing the "nature of leadership" and being able to accurately assess relevant leadership competencies leads to making better decisions. In turn, better decisions enable a person to be more effective in communicating with and leading their people to attain desirable business results. This workshop involves participants in a journey through the Value Chain, illustrating key behaviors that are critical to a leaders success.

Note: In this workshop there is an option to include Managerial Assessments for participants and follow-up e-based Development Programs.

The Zero Perspective - In Business & Life Leadership: This workshop/seminar is about creating a platform for personal and professional development, in business and life. We discuss how people, things, and situations are valued and how our resulting behavior can affect decision making. Understanding how intangible concepts work enables us to gain the necessary skills in effective communication, inwardly and outwardly, thereby enhancing personal performance and leadership skills.
